Questions you need to ask yourself before and as you are reading through the personal sections again are: Why are you searching for someone, do you want a companion, a serious relationship or just to make friends with someone new with the hopes of dating. Who are you looking for, are you searching for someone tall, short, thin, stout, young, old, divorced, widowed, single, married, and the list goes on to include all personal choices and preferences in people.

All of us have experienced it at one time or another. We come home from a first date, swimming in euphoria, sure that we've just spent the first night of the rest of our lives with our true soul mate. Mr. or Miss Destiny. The One. And then, we never hear from them again.

As we sit by the phone, waiting for that second date call (or call-back) we first begin to doubt the efficiency of the phone company. Then we start to wonder if Mr./Miss Right had to suddenly leave the country in the middle of the night, without a chance to call. Then, realization hits. You're not going to hear from them, and you wonder how you could have had such a magical experience, while they, clearly, were unimpressed.

 

THAT is what WOMEN are attracted to, and for good reason- for over a million years, a woman needed such characteristics in a man for SURVIVAL. When I talk about SELF-ESTEEM, I mean HUGE DOSES OF THIS STUFF. So much so that you feel DAMN GREAT ABOUT YOURSELF.

For all the talk about women and body image and them having low self-esteem, I believe most men are suffering from low self-esteem as well, since they find that all their misguided yet endless struggle to attract women usually yields no results. Attractive women just sit there and have guys approach them. Even a woman who is not so attractive could still get her share of male attention if she takes basic action. But guys go around trying hard to meet women, doing the hogwash that society teaches them to do, and they keep hitting a brick wall.
